Dr. Elaine Golds, received an Honorary Fellowship from Douglas college, and as she noted in her speech it was the first time that she had been recognized by her acedemic peers, so it was long overdue.

Mike McPhee, introduction starts at 50 : 31, and at 58 : 00 Elaine is at the podium and starts her speech; at 1:03 Elaine Golds is presented with the Honorary Fellowship award.
Sadly for me the video player was NOT working in full-screen mode in Firefox and Internet Explorer, but it does work in Full-screen using the Chrome browser, and also did not appear to allow linking within the video to jump to the start times.
